The Forum operates as a voluntary association guided by its Constitution and Bylaws. These governing documents define our purpose, structure, leadership and the rights and responsibilities of members.
Legal Registration
The Forum is a duly registered organisation. We are registered with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (Anambra State) and the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC); we hold SCUML certification from the EFCC and a tax clearance certificate. With these in place, we established our constitution to guide what we do and how we help people.
Governance Structure
- Executive Council — provides overall leadership and stewardship
- Board of Trustees — governs and protects the Forum’s interests
- The Power Base — the office of those who work directly with divination, whether male or female
- Committees — including Communications, Membership, IT and Finance
- General Membership — the lifeblood of the Forum
- Chapters and Branches — local subdivisions organised by geography
Downloadable copies of the Constitution and Bylaws will be published here once approved by the Executive Council. Members may request a copy from the General Secretary.
Membership Rights and Responsibilities
Membership is open to all, regardless of gender or professional sector. Members enjoy the right to participate in the Forum’s activities, attend meetings, and contribute to its development — and are expected to uphold the values and traditions the Forum exists to protect.
